In this first-instance civil judgment, the Bonn Local Court ordered the defendant to provide a publicly authenticated acknowledgment that the debt under an earlier costs-assessment order (115 C 243/12) had been extinguished. It also ordered the defendant to pay interest on the court-cost advance paid by the plaintiff, at five percentage points above the applicable base rate per annum. The defendant was ordered to bear the costs of the proceedings. The judgment was declared provisionally enforceable.

1)Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, eine öffentlich beglaubigtes Anerkenntnis abzugeben, dass die Schuld aus dem Kostenfestsetzungsbeschluss des Amtsgerichts Bonn, Aktenzeichen: 115 C 243/12, erloschen ist.

  1. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, den vom Kläger verauslagten Gerichts - kostenvorschuss mit fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz p.a. zu verzinsen.

  2. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Beklagte zu tragen.

  3. Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
