In dem Rechtsstreit

hat das Amtsgericht Bonnauf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 04.02.2015durch den Richter am Amtsgericht

für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 780,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 15.11.2014 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Beide Parteien können die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
