Der Angeklagte wird wegen Diebstahls in Tatmehrheit mit vorsätzlicher Körperverletzung zu einer Gesamtfreiheitsstrafe von 9 Monaten verurteilt.

Der Angeklagte trägt die Kosten des Verfahrens und seine Auslagen.

Einer Zurückstellung der Strafvollstreckung gemäß § 35 BtMG wird bereits jetzt zugestimmt.
