Tenor

I. Die Beklagte wird unter Abweisung der geringfügig weitergehenden Klage verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1602,93 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen aus 713,28 DM seit dem 06.07.1991 und aus 889,65 DM seit dem 23.12.1991zu zahlen.

II. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

III. Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung von 2000,00 DM vorläufig vollstreckbar.
