Tenor

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 698,95 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 13.10.2010 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger 69 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner 31 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Parteien dürfen die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweilige Gegenseite zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
