Die Beklagten werden verurteilt,
an den Kläger als Gesamtschuldner 2.215,50 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von
5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz der Europäischen
Zentralbank seit dem 29.10.2012 zu zahlen sowie Kosten in Höhe von

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten.
