Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 13,34 € Zug um Zug gegen Übersendung der unterzeichneten MiLoG-Erklärung im Original (Anlage 1 zum Transportauftrag mit der internen Nummer ###), welche dem Transportauftrag vom 13.06.2016 zu Grunde liegt zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Klägerin auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Streitwert beträgt gem. §§ 3-5 ZPO: bis 500,00 €.
