Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 357,00 EUR Zug-um-Zug gegen Übersendung der unterzeichneten MiLoG-Erklärung im Original (Anlage 1 zum Transportauftrag mit der internen Nummer ###), welche dem Transportauftrag vom 09.03.2017 zu Grunde liegt, zu zahlen
Die Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, an die Klägerin 952,00 EUR Zug-um-Zug gegen Übersendung der unterzeichneten MiLoG-Erklärung im Original (Anlage 1 zum Transportauftrag mit der internen Nummer ###), welche dem Transportauftrag vom 02.05.2017 zu Grunde liegt, zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Für die Klägerin jedoch nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages. Die Klägerin kann die gegen sich gerichtete Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn die Beklagte nicht zuvor Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages leistet.
