Diejenigen Tatsachen, die zur Begründung des Antrages der Antragsstellerin S auf Erteilung eines Alleinerbscheins erforderlich sind, werden für festgestellt erachtet.

Die Erteilung des beantragten Erbscheins wird bewilligt, § 352 Abs. 1 FamFG.

Die sofortige Wirkung dieses Beschlusses wird ausgesetzt und die Erteilung des Erbscheins bis zur Rechtskraft dieser Entscheidung zurückgestellt, § 352 Abs. 2 FamFG.
