Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 190,29 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz hieraus seit dem 16.02.2010 abzüglich am 04.02.2011 gezahlter 86,50 Euro zu zahlen.
