Tenor

Dem Kindesvater und Beteiligten zu 2) wird neben der Kindesmutter und Beteiligten zu 1) das gemeinsame Sorgerecht über das betroffene Kind übertragen. Hinsichtlich des Aufenthaltsbestimmungsrechts und des Rechtes für die schulischen Belange für K zu sorgen wird allerdings der Kindesmutter das Sorgerecht entzogen und insoweit das Sorgerecht allein dem Kindesvater übertragen.

Diese Anordnung ist sofort wirksam.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden auf 3.000 € festgesetzt. Gerichtskosten werden nicht erhoben, außergerichtliche Auslagen nicht erstattet.
