Der Beschluss der Wohnungseigentümerversammlung vom 27.03.2012 zu TOP 3 d) wird für unwirksam erklärt.
Die Beklagten tragen die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Den Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollsteckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Der Streitwert wird auf 1.000,00 Euro festgesetzt.
