Tenor
wird die durch den hiesigen Pfändungs- und Überweisungsbeschluss vom 5.11.2015 erfolgte Pfändung des Guthabens des Schuldners auf dem bei der Drittschuldnerin geführten Konto, Nummer 000 0000 0000 gemäß § 765 a ZPO insoweit einmalig aufgehoben, als sie die Gutschriften erfasst, die durch die monatlichen Zahlungen seitens I. (RV-Rente) zugunsten der Ehefrau des Schuldners entstehen und einen mindestfreien Betrag von 955,35 EUR nicht übersteigen.
Die einstweilige Einstellung vom 1.12.2015 entfällt.
Die einbehaltenen Beträge sind unter Berücksichtigung des ggf. vorab freigegebenen Betrages in Höhe von 400,00 EUR entsprechend auszuzahlen.
Im Übrigen bleiben die Wirkungen des vorgenannten Pfändungs- und Überweisungsbeschlusses bestehen.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens trägt der Schuldner, § 788 ZPO.
