Tenor

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.216,28 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über den gesetzlichen Basiszinssatz seit dem 20.10.2014 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 18 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 82 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Parteien können die Vollstreckung der jeweils anderen Partei durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
