Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, als Gesamtschuldner an den Kläger 457,14 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz aus 301,14 € seit dem 23.08.2016, aus weiteren 26,00 € seit dem 06.09.2016, aus weiteren 26,00 € seit dem 07.10.2016, aus weiteren 26,00 € seit dem 05.11.2016, aus weiteren 26,00 € seit dem 06.12.2016, aus weiteren 26,00 € seit dem 05.01.2017 und aus weiteren 26,00 € seit dem 06.02.2017, zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Ohne Tatbestand (gemäß § 313a Abs. 1 ZPO).
