Tenor

Gemäß § 1632 Abs. 4 BGB wird angeordnet, dass das Kind bei den Beteiligten zu

  1. (Pflegeeltern) verbleibt.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens (einschließlich des Beschwerdeverfahrens) sowie diejenigen Kosten der Beteiligten zu 1), die zur zweckentsprechenden Erledigung der Angelegenheit notwendig waren, haben die Beteiligten zu 2) zu tragen bzw. den Beteiligten zu 1) zu erstatten.
