für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger
506,10 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 29. Mai
1995 zu zahlen.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben die Be-
klagte 87 % und der Kläger 13 % zu tragen.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Darstellung eines Tatbestandes entfällt gemäß § 313 a
ZPO.
