Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung 05.02.1996

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

  1. Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

  2. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.

  3. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Dem Kläger wird gestattet, die gegen ihn gerichtete Vollstreckung der Beklagten

gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 575,-- DM abzuwenden, wenn nicht die

Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Den Parteien wird nachgelassen, die Sicherheitsleistung durch Bürgschaft einer

als Zoll- oder Steuerbürgin zugelassenen deutschen Bank oder Sparkasse zu

erbringen.
