Tenor
hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf
auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 14. Mai 1996
durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X
für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 200,-- DM
zzgl. 4 % Zinsen seit 30.09.1995 zu zahlen.
Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte
8 %, die Kläger 92 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Kläger können die Vollstreckung (hinsichtlich der
Kosten) abwenden, wenn sie Sicherheit in Höhe von
700,-- DM leisten, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der
Vollstreckung in gleicher Weise Sicherheit leistet.
Die Vollstreckung kann auch durch Bankbürgschaft er-
bracht werden.
