The plaintiff brought a civil monetary claim against the defendant. Following an oral hearing on 7 September 1998, Düsseldorf District Court ordered the defendant to pay DM 4,530.43, with interest at 5.75% from 4 March through 31 March 1998 and 4% from 1 April 1998 onward. The court dismissed the remainder of the claim and ordered the defendant to bear the costs of the proceedings. The judgment was declared provisionally enforceable against security of DM 6,000.

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin

Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe

6.000,-- DM vorläufig vollstreckbar.
