für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger

1.458,50 DM nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 11.10.1977

sowie 10,-- DM vorgerichtliche Kosten zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 65 %,

die Beklagte zu 35 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
