Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Klägerin kann die Zwangsvollstreckung durch den Beklagten gegen
Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 1.800,-- DM abwenden, sofern der Beklagte vor
der Vollstreckung nicht Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch durch die selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft
einer deutschen Bank oder Sparkasse erbracht werden.
