The plaintiffs brought a civil claim against the defendant. Following an oral hearing on 4 April 2000, the Local Court of Düsseldorf ordered the defendant to pay DM 660, with 4% interest on DM 300 from 5 August 1999 and on four further DM 90 instalments from dates between 4 September and 4 December 1999. The remainder of the claim was dismissed. Costs were allocated 46/100 to the plaintiffs and 54/100 to the defendant. The judgment was declared provisionally enforceable.

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Kläger 660,-- DM nebst 4 % Zinsen aus

300,-- DM seit dem 5. August 1999 sowie 4 % Zinsen aus weiteren jeweils

90,-- DM seit dem 4. September, dem 5. Oktober, dem 5. November sowie

dem 4. Dezember 1999 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites tragen die Kläger zu 46/100 sowie die Be-

klagten zu 54/100.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
