Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im schriftlichen Verfahren am 3. November 2000

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin DM 912,08

nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 10.03.2000 zu zahlen. Im übrigen

wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist ohne Sicherheitsleistung vorläufig voll-

streckbar.

Von einer Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313 a Abs. 1

ZPO abgesehen, da ein Rechtsmittel unzweifelhaft nicht eingelegt

werden kann.
