Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 4.622,08 EUR nebst 5 % Zin-sen über dem Basiszinssatz gemäß § 1 DÜG seit dem 04.12.2001 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist in Höhe des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrags vorläufig vollstreckbar.
