für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger

665,93 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 % über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.10.2001 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Beklagten können die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung

oder Hinterlegung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils zu voll-streckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Voll-streckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
