für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 48,07 EUR nebst 10,25 % Zinsen

aus 581,78 EUR für die Zeit vom 26.03. bis zum 13.05.2002 und aus 48,07

EUR seit dem 14.05.2002 sowie weitere 10,00 EUR vorgerichtliche Kosten zu

zahlen.

Der Beklagte hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
