Following an oral hearing, Düsseldorf District Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff EUR 980.20, together with interest at five percentage points above the base rate from 27 August 2003. The defendant was also ordered to bear the litigation costs. hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 23. März 2004

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 980,20 EUR nebst

5 % Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 27. August 2003

zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Dem Beklagen wird gestattet, die Vollstreckung durch Si-

cherheitsleistung in Höhe von 100 % des aufgrund des Urteils

zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die

Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe

leistet.
