Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Verfahrens trägt die Klägerin.

Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des

beizutreibenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht

die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher

Höhe leistet.
