Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

im schriftlichen Verfahren gemäß § 495 a ZPO

am 10.09.2004

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, über den anerkannten Betrag hinaus an die

Kläger weitere 144,42 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über

dem Basiszinssatz von 302,84 € bis zum 04.03.2004 und von 144,42 €

seit dem 04.03.204 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagte zu 85 %, die Kläger

zu 15 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
