Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 3.297,34 EUR zu zahlen nebst
Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz aus 3.177,35 EUR
seit dem 04.03.2003 und aus 119,99 EUR seit dem 26.03.2004.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 130 %
der zu vollstreckenden Forderung.
