für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Kläger darf die gegen ihn gerichtete Zwangsvollstreckung der
Beklagten durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des beizu-
treibenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der
Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Die Sicherheitsleistungen können je durch Vorlage einer unbefriste-
ten selbstschuldnerischen Bürgschaft einer deutschen Bank oder
Sparkasse erbracht werden.
