In this first-instance civil judgment, Düsseldorf Local Court ordered the defendants jointly and severally to pay the plaintiff EUR 1,130.99, with interest at five percentage points above the base rate from 9 July 2005. Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

aufgrund der mündlichen Verhandlung vom 04.05.2006

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, gesamtschuldnerisch an den Kläger 1.130,99 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.07.2005 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten zu 20 %, der Kläger zu 80 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Parteien können die Zwangsvollstreckung jeweils durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn die Gegenseite nicht in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
