Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites trägt die Klägerin.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Klägerin kann die Zwangsvollstreckung durch die Beklagte gegen Sicher-
heitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden,
sofern die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung nicht Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe
leistet.
Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch durch die selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft
einer deutschen Bank oder Sparkasse erbracht werden.
