The plaintiff sought indemnification for liabilities owed to an attorney under an advance invoice of €2,221.40 dated 15 August 2006. Following an oral hearing on 6 December 2006, Düsseldorf Local Court ordered the defendant to indemnify the plaintiff for €439.64 in remaining liabilities and dismissed the claim for the balance. The court ordered the parties’ litigation costs to be set off against each other. The judgment was declared provisionally enforceable.

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger restliche Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 439,64 € gegenüber dem Rechtsanwalt X aus der Vorschussrechnung vom 15.08.2006 über 2.221,40 € freizustellen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden gegeneinander aufgehoben.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
