hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 07. September 2007

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.244,34 EUR zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Klägerin zu 2/3 und den Beklagten als Gesamtschuldnern zu 1/3 auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Parteien können die Vollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages abwenden, wenn die jeweils

gegnerische Partei nicht vor der Vollstreckung in gleicher Höhe Sicherheit leistet.
