Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 770,25 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5%-Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 12.11.2007 sowie vorgerichtliche Rechtsanwaltskosten von 43,32 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5%-Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 12.11.2007 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die jeweils unterlegene Partei kann die Zwangsvollstreckung durch den jeweiligen Gegner gegen Sicherheit in Höhe von 110% des jeweils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Gegner zuvor Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Der Streitwert wird auf 862,25 € festgesetzt.
