Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.308,93 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5-Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 23.5.2009 zu zahlen.

Der Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
