Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 101,09 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von acht Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 27.5.2010 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Klägerin trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Klägerin kann die Vollstreckung abwenden durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aus dem Urteil vollstreckbaren Betrages, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.

Der Beklagten wird die Ausführung ihrer Rechte vorbehalten.
