Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 14.09.2011

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht S

für Recht erkannt:

  1. Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger EUR 1.132,00 nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 27.10.2010 abzüglich am 22.12.2010 gezahlter EUR 600,00 zu zahlen.

  2. Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, den Kläger von durch außergerichtliche Tätigkeit entstandenen Rechtsanwaltskosten freizustellen durch Zahlung von EUR 155,30 nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 20.12.2010 an Rechtsanwalt T, EStraße 00, 0000 E.

  3. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

  4. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen der Kläger zu 20 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 80 %.

  5. Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Abfassung eines Tatbestandes wird im Hinblick auf § 313a Abs. 1 S. 1 ZPO abgesehen.
