hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf
auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 11.10.2011
durch den Richter am Amtsgericht I
für Recht erkannt:
Die Klage wird abgewiesen.
Auf die Widerklage wird der Kläger verurteilt, an die Beklagte zu 1) 266,21 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 25.7.2011 zu zahlen.
Die weitergehende Widerklage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen,
die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 %
des beizutreibenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten
vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leisten.
