  1. Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

  2. Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt jeder Kläger zu jeweils 13 % und die Beklagte zu 48 %.

  3. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Beiden Parteien bleibt nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Gegenseite vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
