für Recht erkannt:
Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an den Kläger 3.618,10 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 25.6.2011 abzüglich am 27.7.2011 geleisteter 1.500 €, am 1.8.2011 geleisteter 1.358,60 € und am 14.10.2011 geleisteter 380 € zu zahlen.
Die weitergehende Klage wird abgewiesen.
Die Widerklage wird abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 90 % und die Beklagte zu 2) darüber hinaus zu 10 %.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des beizutreibenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
