Tenor
Der anlässlich der Eigentümerversammlung vom 17.06.2009 unter dem Tagesordnungspunkt 2 b gefasste Beschluss über die Genehmigung der Jahresabrechnung für 2008 wird - beschränkt auf die hierin enthaltene Heizkostenabrechnung - für ungültig erklärt.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden den Beklagten und der Streithelferin jeweils zu ½ auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 2.000,-- Euro vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Streitwert wird auf 1.835,70 Euro festgesetzt.
