Der Beklagte wird verurteilt,
die von ihm innegehaltene Wohnung im Hause Am R 00, 00000 E, gelegen in der 3. Etage, bestehend aus drei Zimmern, einer Küche, zwei Bädern/Dusche/WC nebst Speicher- und Kellerraum Nr. 00 sowie einer Garage/Stellplatz Nr. 0000, zu räumen und geräumt nebst sämtlichen ihm überlassenen Schlüsseln an die Kläger herauszugeben;
an die Kläger 1.699,96 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus einem Betrag von 649,96 € seit dem 07.05.2012 und aus einem Betrag von 1050,00 € seit dem 06.06.2012 zu zahlen;
an die Kläger weitere 1.025,30 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 28.08.2012 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten auferlegt.
