Tenor
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 28,49 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz nach § 247 BGB seit dem 10.04.2012 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die Klägerin durch außergerichtliche Tätigkeit entstandenen Rechtsanwaltskosten freizustellen durch Zahlung von 39,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz nach § 247 BGB seit dem 11.04.2012 an Rechtsanwalt T, E-Straße in 40211 Düsseldorf.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Klägerin zu 95 %, die Beklagte zu
5 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
