Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 67,23 Euro nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 24. Oktober 2013 zu zahlen.

Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Kläger 80 Prozent und die Beklagte 20 Prozent.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Von der Darstellung des Tatbestandes wird gemäß § 313a Abs. 1 Satz 1 ZPO abgesehen.
