In the underlying interim-injunction proceedings between T and M, the applicant’s counsel filed a complaint in their own right on 29 May 2014 concerning the amount in dispute fixed by the Düsseldorf Local Court’s order of 6 May 2014. The Local Court declined to amend that order and referred the matter to the Düsseldorf Regional Court as the appellate court. The Regional Court’s decision on the complaint is not included here.
