In dem Rechtsstreit
hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf
auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 04.12.2014
durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht D.
für Recht erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt,
an die Klägerin zu eins und den Kläger zu zwei je 600 € nebst fünf Prozentpunkte Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz der europäischen Zentralbank seit dem 24.10.2014 zu zahlen
und die Klägerin zu eins und den Kläger zu zwei je von den Kosten der Inanspruchnahme der Kanzlei Q. hinsichtlich deren außergerichtlichen Tätigkeit gemäß Kostenrechnung vom 8.9.2014 in Höhe von jeweils 147,56 € freizustellen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
