Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 529,12 € zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 28. Juni 2014 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, den Kläger hinsichtlich der ihm entstandenen außergerichtlichen Anwaltskosten in Höhe von 147,56 € freizustellen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
Die Berufung wird zugelassen.
